
Hello everyone, I'm Natalie, the friendly face behind mama and baby moon. It has been my passion to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space in my local area for families. Over the last two years, I have successfully welcomed many families to my baby massage and yoga classes, building a vibrant parenting community where parents and their babies feel less alone and truly part of a village. My offerings include baby massage, baby yoga, newborn nurture, and soon, mother blessing ceremonies. These classes are set in a tranquil environment and are so much more than just a baby class; they are your weekly highlight, a comforting hug in a mug, and a perfect time to check in with yourself and your baby over a cup of coffee and a biscuit. I provide yoga mats, cozy nests for your baby, organic massage oil, and much more. You just need to bring along what you and your baby would typically need for a day out. Stepping into a new class can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating new parenthood. At Mama and Baby Moon, I've made it my personal mission to dissolve that anxiety. From the moment you walk through the door, my goal is to make you feel immediately welcome and supported. My baby massage and baby yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed not just for bonding, but to be a warm, friendly space where you feel understood. With over 25 years of experience supporting families, I bring a wealth of knowledge to ensure you get the genuine support you need on your journey.
To help everyone connect and feel at ease, I create a private WhatsApp group for each new group of parents. This lets you chat and get to know each other before your first session even begins!
The steady decline of postnatal support in community has been a major concern of mine for some time. Seeing this gap motivated me to use my skills and knowledge to help. I created Mama and Baby Moon to provide parents with a much-needed resource and a place where they can find the support that's become increasingly hard to access.
I'm currently expanding my skills to offer new services to your village, including newborn nurture and antenatal classes.
Coming in the new year, I will be introducing mother goddess circles to help expectant mothers feel confident and empowered for their birth experience. My goal is to support you with a full range of services that meet you at every stage of your journey.

Join our baby massage classes, a wonderful first step for new parents seeking a calming, welcoming, and relaxing experience. Our guided massage techniques and strokes will empower you to confidently massage your baby at home. The benefits of these classes include helping babies feel loved and secure, assisting with postpartum depression or anxiety, promoting longer and more sound sleep, reducing the frequency or duration of crying episodes, boosting immunity to disease, fostering muscle tone and flexibility in their arms and legs, enhancing coordination, and relieving pain from constipation, gas, colic, teething discomfort, and muscle tension. Additionally, these sessions help alleviate mucus congestion. Classes are held on Thursdays at 10:00 - 11:15 and 12:00 - 13:15, suitable for infants from 8 weeks to pre-crawlers. Join our parenting community and book your spot in blocks of 5 or 6 weeks, depending on the term length.

This session includes guided yoga-inspired poses, stretches, balances, dips & swings, tummy time, and breathing techniques for both mum and baby. It also offers relaxation time for mum. The benefits of baby yoga are numerous for your little one, including improved flexibility, strength, and motor skills. It can aid in digestion and promote relaxation. Gentle stretching enhances muscle development and mobility while fostering balance, coordination, and body awareness. Some poses may help soothe the digestive system and may reduce the discomfort of colic, wind, and constipation. The swings and rolls engage the sensory system of balance and movement, allowing babies to explore their senses in a safe environment. Touch fosters connection and communication, creating a nurturing atmosphere for the parenting community. Classes are held on Fridays from 1300 to 1400 suitable for babies from 16 weeks to pre crawlers and are booked in continuous blocks of 5 or 6 weeks, depending on the term length.
